## **การเตรียมตัวก่อนเดินทางสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยว**

1. นักท่องเที่ยวควรหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางไปยังสถานที่เสี่ยงหรือที่มีการรวมตัวของกลุ่มคนจำนวนมากเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 14 วันก่อนวันเดินทาง

4. นักท่องเที่ยวต้องทำการลงทะเบียนการเดินทางการผ่านทางเว็บไซต์หรือระบบที่กำหนดโดยใช้เอกสารดังต่อไปนี้

- - **ใบรับรองในการเข้าประเทศไทย (Certificate of Entry)** นักท่องท่องเที่ยวจะต้องดำเนินการยื่นเรื่องเพื่อขอใบรับรองในการเข้าประเทศไทยโดยสามารถลงทะเบียนได้ที่เว็บไซต์ [https://coethailand.mfa.go.th](https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/)
    - <https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/>**ใบรับรองแพทย์หรือผลการตรวจหาเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) ด้วยวิธี RT-PCR** นักท่องเที่ยวจะต้องแสดงหลักฐานการตรวจหาเชื้อ COVID-19 ที่ยืนยันว่า ‘ไม่มีเชื้อ COVID-19’ และมีการออกให้ ‘ไม่เกิน 72 ชั่วโมงก่อนการเดินทาง’
    - **สำเนากรมธรรม์ประกันที่ครอบคลุมโรค COVID-19** นักท่องเที่ยวจะต้องทำประกันที่ให้ความคุ้มครองค่ารักษาพยาบาลครอบคลุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) โดยแผนประกันดังกล่าวจะต้องให้ความคุ้มครองไม่น้อยกว่า 100,000 USD และคุ้มครองตลอดระยะเวลาการพำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทย

    - **ตั๋วเครื่องบินในการเดินทางออกจากประเทศไทย** ในกรณีที่ระยะเวลาในการพำพักอยู่ในประเทศไทยน้อยกว่า 14 วัน นักท่องเที่ยวจะต้องแสดงตั๋วเครื่องบิน หลักฐานการจองที่พัก และผลตรวจหาเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) ด้วยวิธี RT-PCR ที่ครอบคลุมระยะเวลาที่**ตั้งใจ**จะพำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทย
    - **ใบรับรองการฉีดวัคซีน COVID-19** นักท่องเที่ยวจะต้องแสดงหลักฐานการฉีดวัคซีนที่รับได้การรับรองจากกระทรวงสาธารณสุขของประเทศไทย (MoPH) หรือองค์การอนามัยโลก (World Health Organization) และต้องได้รับวัคซีนมาแล้วไม่น้อยกว่า 14 วันก่อนวันเดินทาง
    - **สำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวที่อายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี** นักท่องเที่ยวจะต้องเดินทางพร้อมกับผู้ปกครองและต้องมีใบรับรองแพทย์หรือผลการตรวจหาเชื้อ COVID-19 ด้วยวิธี RT-PCR ซึ่งยืนยันว่า ‘ไม่มีเชื้อโรค COVID-19’ และต้องมีการออกให้ ‘ไม่เกิน 72 ชั่วโมงก่อนการเดินทาง’
